Mr. Zaragoza has 12 years work experience within the hedge fund industry having started his career at Bank Julius Baerís hedge fund group in New York. Paul joined Geneva based Pentium Fund in 2001 as a portfolio analyst, focusing on the Pentium Natural Resource Fund, overseeing investments in water desalination, food, agricultural real estate and agricultural technologies, and the Pentium Real Asset Fund, where he helped manage a concentrated portfolio targeting assets most likely to appreciate in inflationary regimes and owing to the depletion of natural resources.
Mr. Zaragoza has participated in the launch of five fund of hedge funds for the Pentium Fund Group, and he has been involved in every aspect of the fund creation process. He possesses quantitative and qualitative expertise in risk management, portfolio allocation, and hedging strategies. His analysis has been utilized in investment strategies ranging from global multi-strategy fund of hedge funds to sports and real estate.
Mr. Zaragoza has a BSBA in Finance from the University of Arizona and an MBA in Finance from the International University of Monaco.
